Buffing Wario, 3rd worst char

Some ideas for Wario

I'm wondering why Peach and Sonic's side specials (used midair) don't result in a helpless state while Wario's side special does (as well as Ichigo's, actually). Also, though maybe not as important, Shoulder Bash is extremely vulnerable to momentum (doesn't cancel momentum). If Wario is flying right in the air and uses it left, he performs the attack in place or moves little. If these two things were addressed this would be a good recovery tool.

Wario Waft could stand to have kill power more comparable to Brawl and maybe a bigger hitbox. In SSF2 a fully-charged WW deals 17% with no more knockback than an uncharged fsmash, while in Brawl fully-charged WW deals 42% with high knockback. Also, does anyone know how long it currently takes to charge it fully? In Brawl it's about 1 min. 49 sec.

Also, tweaking his throws (e.g. making his bthrow a bthrow), giving him his Brawl dair (drill type; current dair is less useful for competitive play), resetting his bike as soon as it exits the screen (as I think it works in Brawl). Oh, and maybe being able to control Wario Bike's speed, like in Brawl

Wario's already taken care of (mostly). A lot of the things you've mentioned have already been considered.

Don't worry. By the final game, all the characters with be buffed or nerfed to be balanced to a about the same level. At least to the point where they will all be in the same tier and the worst match-up in the game will be about -1.
